When weddings make you think if life could have been different

Plot: After being invited to his college roommate's wedding that he had a crush on, our main dude revisits some old memories and wonders if they both made good choices along the way.

Likes: The thoughts and conversations in this story come through in a very fluent and natural way, which makes it easy to read, follow, and relate to.

Dislikes: I didn't really expect sex to be such an important part of any of the stories in this series, so it surprised me. I also generally dislike the concept of regrets being triggered by weddings, as I find it quite infantile to revisit past love and idolise people you didn't end up with for relatively good reasons.

Audience: People who reached the age when others around then are getting married.

Rating: I rate this with 4/5 stars as it was an interesting story, but not one I could relate to.

I mean, it started off strong... and then I just wanted more that never showed up. I did particularly like the discussion of race and its intersection within the gay community. Again, wanted more of that!

Stories about relationships are always interesting to see how it plays out, gay or straight or whatever.

This series is about "secrets, unspoken desires, and dangerous revelations between loved ones". In this story the untold fact wasn’t really a dangerous secret and left me perplexed.
I think it was more about the main character meditate about his previous relationships, his juvenile friends and his Korean heritage.
