As usual I adored the Wynchesters and am incredibly excited to continue reading the series! Additionally, as usual I loved the diversity and inclusion and the Robinhood-esqness of the plots!

This one had a bit of forced proximity and art themes to it, as well as the usual hijinks and it was truly great. I did not want to put it down.

Overall, if you've enjoyed a Wynchester book you'll love this one!

I have loved the Wild Wynchesters series, and Marjorie’s book did NOT disappoint! We didn’t get to know Marjorie as well in the earlier books, so to see her character fully fleshed out and realized was a delight. Adrian was a perfect match for her, and they had great chemistry. Their relationship made sense. Also, I loved that Marjorie rescued him, not the other way around.

Other things I loved: the menagerie of trained animals that facilitated the various schemes; how Marjorie’s siblings turned up when least expected (Kuni and her knives were the best); and of course TICKLETUMS! While I am super excited for Elizabeth’s book, I truly cannot wait for Jacob’s, because I can only imagine the prominent role his animals will have in that one.

Thanks to the author and publisher for the eARC. All opinions are my own.

This book was a lot of fun. It had interesting and super lovable characters. It had a sense of community and camaraderie, spies, espionage, forgery, criminals, and plans gone awry. I debated reading it because it was not the first of the series, but I’m glad I did because now I’m intrigued to go back and read everyone else’s stories and continue with the other Wynchesters I’ve fallen for! Such a neat concept and a cool world to fall into. It reminds me a bit of Ally Carter hijinks with a “ton” setting.

I love the Wynchesters so much, I want to give them all a hug for real. Each book is so cozy, even when the stakes are high and I'm kind of stressed??? I love how relatable Marjorie was (and I truly think after each book that they're the most relatable one). Erica Ridley just has a way of making me attached to all her characters.

One thing to note though, is that Tommy started the novel using she/they pronouns, however the "they" was just dropped off after the first chapter never to be seen again? Was that a mistake?
