This is a really interesting book because it balances feeling so extremely starwarsy and not starwarsy enough. We have so much lore to squeeze in in interesting ways but also it is so much heavier than the average star wars. I really liked seeing their internal trauma and how it affects them in a way deeper than the movies but then we also have blatant disney product placement.
