its bags by clairo but in 1947; for some reason I read this tiny novel in installments between larger books and i fear it reduced the impact on me, need to reread at some point.

A great little novel digging into the psychology of a dysfunctional marriage and the motive for murder. With its sparse but powerful prose and strong but detached narrative voice, I can see why Sally Rooney cites Ginzburg as one of her literary inspirations.
