The rendition of the Myth of Narcissus in this version of Greek Myth is wrong, and inconsistent with other versions. Namely, it is not Echo that curses Narcissus, but rather an unnamed male who has fallen in love with him.

This book is a very good introduction to ancient Greco-roman mythology. Most of it is based on "Metomorphosis", but he omits a lot of the more sexual parts which makes it a good read for school-age children. I wish an English equivalent was available...

Nice reading.
It was for school but still was nice.

✨✨✨

I really like mythology and I had expectations for this book, but it turned out to be nothing than just a collection of stories told like the author was in a run. Really!

This book has no "magic". It is plain boring

And I tried so hard to finish this, but I just couldn't.

Honestly, I can't recommend it to anyone.
