Lots of useful tips. Very well structured and formatted. Some ones in this book that I haven't seen come through in other productivity ones. However, nothing revolutionary really in here.

I've taken one thing forward - setting a highlight each night for the day ahead. The one thing that you're looking forward to doing (either because it'll be something special that you'll enjoy or because you'll be proud of yourself once it's done).

I do think that it's quite handy to come back to a productivity book every once in a while... just to check in with any bad habits that have reformed, so this was very useful for that.

A good introduction to the area of prioritising not only your work but your whole life. Could come across basic to those already familiar with a lot of tips, tools, and topics, but it was incredibly accessible and a good reminder that we should all make more time for the things that matter to us, and that doesn't have to come at the cost to other parts of your life.

Might dip back in, some useful tips but some a bit samey/not relevant to me

It's the best time management book I've ever read :)
Made a lot of notes and highlights.

Make Time method is quite easy: pick daily highlight -> work on it -> reflect and optimize. The book contains many strategies that might help you with any component of this chain, but you're supposed to perform experiments on yourself and understand which strategies work for you.

Some of these techniques are not new. But the way the authors lay it down and put it into a system super appeals to someone like me, a personal system dork. Although the book could've been condensed into a loooong blog post, the anecdotal style of writing made it more relatable and enjoyable to read.
