This is an incredibly well-organized, expensive novel that looks at gender and feminism in the modern world by pulling those things inside out. It reminds me of some of the best works of Margaret Atwood. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend! Not an easy read.

Really interesting read and great audio production. However, my hold lapsed at the library- will still be on my tbr.

Pandemic reading back to back with Margaret Atwood in Naomi Alderman absolutely held her own in comparison.
There's a lot to take in on why men have societal power over women and the rapid spread and dystopian themes keep things moving along quickly enough that you'll be thinking about this book long after you're done reading it.
