One of the trio of books that have made my start of the year very inspiring and impactful. I read Crucial Conversations alongside The Coaching Habit. I have so many good notes that I feel I need to go back to them regularly. The techniques and approaches outlined in the book are not necessarily going to be become habits immediately. I need deliberate practice to make them automatic.
