A good beginners guide with some very helpful tools if you’re just diving into learning about life as an empath.
Though insightful, it was hard to overlook the vast amount of appropriation, with little to no credit given. It read as if the author, a white woman, was claiming to invent centuries of wisdom from other cultures. The fat shaming was also inexcusable.
