Talking to my 9-year-old niece about books made me want to reread this, which was one of my favorites as a kid. Still a great book, and even better now that I realized it was written by Julie Andrews !

I enjoyed this book very much. Well written and illustrated. Great story and kept me very interested. I wish I had known about Julie Andrews Edwards books when I was younger, so I could have enjoyed them growing up.

One of my FAVORITE books when I was a child! I read this multiple times. It has been years since I read it last, but I can't wait until my daughter is old enough that I can read it to her. It is a very sweet story..
