It felt slow even though it was fast. I love Harris but I think this series was lacking detail, I didn't fall in love with any character. It picked up a lot near the end, so I am hopeful the rest of the series will be more my speed.

It's okay. It's a dystopian western. It's not bad but it's kinda boring. You neither love or hate Lizbeth. She just is and I think that can appeal to certain people, but wasn't as enthralled as I have been by Ms.Harris' other works.
