Too many mentions of sexual assault/r@pe and power dynamics. From the excerpt of the second book I see it continues…

I had some expectations for this book, specially with the context of being a human colony after Earth was long destroyed, but it didn't correspond to it. It was a nice book tho. I founs it pretty standard for this monster romance with aliens genre. The romance started pretty badly and I considered not finishing the book, but it got way better after around 40%. There were moments when the story got very interesting and other that were very boring, but in general was a nice reading.

“I tilt her face towards mine and in her eyes, I see the stars and hallucinate the next world for a moment. The one where I take her inside of me and keep her there, just to protect and have close.”
