It's definitely one of my most favourite books by Colleen Hoover. This book Emotional, funny, and amazing-
The plot of the book is really interesting and the characters are exceptional!
The story is just so heartbreaking and yet it ends in the best way possible. I loved being hit with dramatic turns & tensions arising. This book took me through all the range of emotions. A true *emotional rollercoaster*

The idea of the male & female protagonist getting along entirely late in the book is what I liked the most. Ledger has already started to grow feelings for Kenna close to the middle of the book but he never expressed it until he truly got to know her.

Kenna's backstory absolutely shattered my heart I mean I've lost count of how many times i cried-
Kenna's determination to reunite with her daughter was amazing but Ledger just stole the show. His character is really well written. He was put in such a difficult position yet he dealt with it really well.

This book will make you see that there can be so many sides to a story, so many different ways of looking at it. I love these kinds of books where the story balances on an edge, tugging your heartstrings one way, then another.

There are so many amazing quotes throughout this book. The ending was *chef's kiss*
I prolly would've completed this book in just one day instead of two if I didn't have assignments.💀
I wish I could read it for the first time again-😩

after this one, i can definitely say I'm done with Colleen Hoover. I've read 4 of her considered best books, and I didn't particularity like either of them. the thing about her is that I LOVE the concept of her books. the execution? heh. not really. I also have issues with her writing: 1/4 of it is very beautiful and I like it a lot, it feels nearly poetical, and the other 3/4 is just so mediocre to me, even bad. I definitely think she's way overhyped, but I mean, tastes are tastes.
moving on this book in particular, as I said, I loved the concept behind it, and I highlighted many quotes, but I ended up finding it very mediocre. I think the romance is what ruined it all: it felt very nonsense and ruined most of the emotional scenes. it definitely took way too much in the novel than what I would've preferred. the characters were fine, while I do wish we dive more into kenna. it was mostly plotless and I found it slow and repetitive over time. at the end, I'm sad to say I didn't enjoy this as much as I hoped to.
