Oh how I loved it. I'm very glad my curiosity pushed me to read the Sandman comics because so far I am enjoyng it so much than I thought I would ! The universe is dense and yet so well-thought. I'm in love.

This is beautiful, and there's so much complexity here in the art and the themes.  It's a lot and i'm not sure if I would have been able to keep up with it or understand it if I hadn't already listened to the audiobook - It certainly demands a lot of its readership.  I think that's why it's persisted as a classic.

Absolutely love Sandman. I used to be very much into beautifully drawn comics & usually didn't like the 'messy' and often gruesome art of many comic/graphic novel artists, but getting over that now & simply loving Neil's stories as I knew I would :)

Weighed about 7 pounds, but worth the heft.

I didn't like this as much as I thought I would. Some stories are really pure genius. Some others I just didn't get the point. I'm not sure I will rush to read the next volume. I'll think about it.

Outrageously shocking and entertaining.

I loved the stories in this but I struggled with the Audible version. Its a bit too overproduced for me. I love simply listening to books read by Neil.
