This is a really sweet book, with lovely, watercolouresque pastel illustrations. Everything about it is heartwarming and wonderful.
That said; I understand now while so many picturebooks take one whole book to introduce the characters, and than later books have adventures. This one does both, and it feels, weirdly, long, even though it is not long.

Sweet story and friendship with a bear and rabbit. Still trying to figure out what I think when characters mix up the names of other animals ( in this case, calling a frog a kitty)
