I loved this so much. I already loved the Studio Ghibli animated movie, and named my orange cat after the obvious character. This was another whole layer on top of that.

I loved seeing more of Howl's family!

This book has been on my TBR for a very long time. I finally read it via audiobook. I was disappointed that the voice actor for Howl sounds nothing like Christian Bale like the American animated movie version. The movie was very faithful to the book. It was a fun fast read. Also, much more youthful than I expected. It reminded me of reading The Secret Garden.
