Was an average read; not great but not terrible. Some holes in the story line and an error near the end about how many children one of the characters had. Prologue to the next book started very similar to this one, so most likely won’t pick it up.
I knew this was going to be 3 stars or less as soon as I saw the couples names were Erin and Aaron… be for real

It was definitely fun to have a thriller but also be in the Chritmas spirit with this one. I read a lot of thrillers so this one didn’t quite live up to a lot I’ve gotten thorugh this year, but it was fitting for the season.
The story line was a little predictable. There were a couple of little twists that got me towards the end but all-in-all it was pretty mediocre. The writing was just okay and I didn’t feel super connected to any of the characters. I liked Leah but there wasn’t much focus on her. If you’re looking for a thriller during the holidays this one is fun but wouldn’t pick it up if you’ve got others you’re dying to read.
