A continuation and improvement. The characters continue to evolve, albeit within a thin framework but are nonetheless fun to get to know further. The parental conservative stereotypes are ridiculous, but the reactions by the daughters to them is both mature and impressively stated. There is more epic feel in this second installment without getting too big and falling under it's own weight. The addition of dragons frankly is always fun and this doesn't disappoint.
