Though I liked this book, I's suggest to read it bit by bit, or it could become a bit boring. It is part of Keri Smith series, where she encourages the reader to write, sketch, or so something else into or with the book, so it can be really funny :)

I don't think Kari Smith ever uses the word "mindfulness," but she manages to turn it into a game. When it was serious and important, I couldn't do it, but I've been being mindful all day, and although I've done nothing but play with my son and tidy up a bit, it's been the best day ever.

Awesome, inspiring book! Full of creative ideas to encourage children (and adults!) to observe, explore, notice the simple things in life. Highly recommend.
