Just like the synopsis I read this book like three times already and I didn't sink in one bit of it. I thought the writing would be a bit hard to understand since it is from the 1800's but it's not at all. It is a perfectly normally written book. Then why didn't I sink it in??? IDKKDKDK Now the writing in this book is so bland I kid you not I wanted to put this book down and start another. This book is only 25 pages...... I got so bored when reading this, there was no emotion, description, and when I tell you it had no hook it had no hook. I was not hooked into the book at all the first couple of pages are literally so confusing because you don't even know what's happening lmao. Don't recommend. And if you're getting it to have just a cute book on your bookshelf. Don't. It literally looks like one of those pamphlets you get at Disneyland. I thought the cover was going to be so cute but it actually looks really bad irl and I don't even want to have this book let alone display this book on my bookshelf. That probably was a bit too harsh and crap considering only one person it going to read this.. Anyways um this book it was okay wouldn't read again. Like I said don't recommend.
