Magnificent. This book is warm, and deep, and beautiful—I cried like 7 times— T.T There's a huge place in my heart for this Little Prince, he brought me another world to have a sit and take a little time to contemplate. The fox reminds me of my beloved cat, Richard. Bcs I know, he has tamed me:"We shall need each other".

gets me right in the feels every time

“I'll look as if I'm dead, and that won't be true.” I said nothing.
“You understand. It's too far. I can't take this body with me. It's too heavy.” I said nothing.
“But it'll be like an old abandoned shell. There's nothing sad about an old shell...”

"But eyes are blind. You have to look with the heart." <3

“Grown-ups never understand anything by themselves, and it is exhausting for children to have to provide explanations over and over again.”

This sweet story is the kind reminder to grown-ups of how to have a child-like mentality and view of life. I have always heard of “The Little Prince” and now know why. It’s one of the ones you read to remember - remember how you asked questions as a child, how you viewed adults, how you saw the beauty of simple things, etc. I recommend that everyone reads this short story at least once as an adult to remember to approach life through the eyes of a child.
