I love the way Kingfisher writes her characters in horror novels. They're all so authentic and relatable. It makes the story feel more real even when the supernatural is happening.

A delightful combination of funny and dark, with a quirky cast of characters and writing that makes you want to have them as friends in real life. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and will now have to search out her other books.
