This book was a unique read and out of my comfort zone - it's not a style that I would like to adventure in again, so I rated the book 3.0.

The premise sounded interesting and I might come back to this at some point. But I really hate the instalove and felt like this has pacing issues.

I wanted to spend more time in the various worlds we are introduced to in Water Moon. It felt like we were moved around so quickly that we didn’t get to really enjoy any one part. I also thought the romance wasn’t given time to build so I felt detached from it.

The premise of this book was so interesting. I really tried to like it, but it just did not work for me. The writing style was way too in your face , but at the same time nothing was ever explained. I don't mind some mystery and guess-work, but I do mind feeling like the author also has no idea why or how these things work. Then a physicist came along, which didn't help as I am one myself and well, this guy did not pass the vibe check, as they say.

I wanted to like this and was determined to at least finish part one. But then this physicist who pro-claimed to be so super logical, thinks about neutrinos all the time (why, by the way?!) just shouts out
"There is a wormhole in your backyard!"
. Man, I just could not do it anymore.
