I love this series so much with a burning passion.
"Who is this guy, and how do you know he won't go all Anakin Skywalker on you?" - Alex.
Lynette, thank you for making such an amazing series.

Very action packed with a big battle. My only complaint is that I wish the antagonist Aven had more nuanced motives and wasn't just generally evil.

Absolutely love the story of this series, the ending to this book was so emotionally destroyingly amazing.
The only thing I have to pick with this series however is Alex constantly speaking her mind with no filter. But I still love the characters so much, I only hope we get to see more of the others, especially after what happened at the end.

So when I thought that Draekora broke me I had no clue what I was in for. I’ve just spent about 20 minutes profusely sobbing and I’m not okay. Although I do have to say despite this horrific ending (Lynette Noni we’re having words) I think this is my favourite in the series so far

I’M AN ABSOLUTE MESS. I definitely wasn’t expecting this book to rip my heart out but I also hate that I enjoyed it. This book showed so much more depth and character development compared to the first two, mainly in that Alex’s relationships with Kaiden and Niyx we got to see so much more than just the surface. I definitely fell in love with her interactions with both characters and I 100% did not see the ending coming, leaving me ugly crying for the last 50-ish pages. Definitely my favorite of the series so far, I’m almost nervous to start the next one because of how unexpectedly heart-wrenching this one was.
