This is a truly special, beautiful, important story. It is one that needs to be read, and heard, by everyone. It is gentle and kind and sad and powerful. It's a person from Iran, telling his story; in history from his childhood in a small Oklahoma town and in Iran, in legends about his family, and in beautiful myths about his ancestors. It was mind-expanding, and lovely, and so lyrically written. Please read this.
