This book was an incredible read. Existential horror wrapped up in humor. One second, I was drowning in dread and the next, I was laughing at the absurdity of it all. I loved that the book is fast-paced and always evolving. There was something big happening at every turn, and it was far from predictable. Found myself going back to earlier chapters and kicking myself at the subtle, yet extremely well-done foreshadowing. I cannot wait to read more from this series. (Also, LOVE that the author makes it so that you do not need to read this series in order. Seriously, I was not confused. ... Well, no more than the amount of confused any person will be reading this book.)
