This book is like a love letter to the dystopian books that made me fall in love with YA books. I love all the characters in The Veil and their development arcs are amazing as well. If you are a fan of books like The Hunger Games, Divergent, and The Giver then this book is for you!

As the author, it may be weird that I'm reviewing my own book. Haha!

But I just have to say, The Veil turned out way better than I expected. It is suspenseful, moving, and makes you laugh out loud at times.

The Veil was a story that I had to write, it was burning on my heart. So, I sat down and wrote the first draft in 38 days. When I decided to publish both Torn and The Veil this October, I knew it would be a huge undertaking.

Torn was pretty much finished, but The Veil needed beta reading, editing, and more re reading on my part before I could even think about putting it on the shelves.

Getting The Veil ready for publishing has been the biggest undertaking I have ever committed to. And I have to say, I am really proud of how this book transformed from a messy first draft to a beautiful, emotionally thrilling final manuscript. I cannot wait for you to read this book! October 3rd can't come soon enough!
