This series is such a cute one. Can't wait to share with others. I recommend it all. Buy it for yourself, buy it for your kids, buy it for the other kids in your family, buy it for neighbors, strangers, everyone!

I'm so glad I found this series.

I was sure we had this at home when I was a child, but I don't remember the story, so maybe not. I know we definitely had Spring Story, because I was born in spring. In any case, three stars because the pictures bring it up a bit.

Not impressed with the very gendered behaviour of all these mice! The women stay home and cook and bake, the men dig tunnels and build the Ice Hall, the boys get into mischief and tease the girls, and the girls help their mothers and get teased by the boys. Rubbish.

But I do love the pictures.

Oh to be a mouse living in Brambly Hedge
