I can't believe it's over! Catherine held back 0 punches in this final installment of the lost & found series! My mouth is still on the floor from the suspense in this book & that reveal?!? *Cue Tyra Banks “we were all rooting for you” gif. Ok now, On to the Insides. I loved Hallie, she’s definitely going in my favorite FMC category. She was so strong and bright, kind and gentle, vulnerable and understanding. Watching her relationship develop with each of Lawson’s boys was truly beautiful. The way she cared for all of them in the ways they needed. Ughhh if you love a good nanny romance you gotta run and pick up this book! The connection between Hallie and Lawson set the perfect backdrop for this budding romance and the adding workplace element adding so much delicious tension!
This series hands down will be one of my favorites of all time. The Hartley’s will live in my head rent free for all eternity. Even i feel like i'm part of this family now and yall know im a sucker for a found family. If you havent read this series, I highly recommend dropping your whole TBR and getting lost in Cedar Ridge.

It is official, I have a new favorite author. I have been sucked into this series since the first book and each book is better than the last. I could not put this one down. I loved getting Lawson’s story and watching Hallie help his family heal while also finding her own strength again. This was a great conclusion, with the edge-of-your-seat ending you can expect in all of the books in this series.

First, I want to thank Catherine Cowles for gifting me an ARC of this book! This was my first trip into the world of Cedar Ridge and I can already say that I’m OBSESSED. Ashes of You had me absolutely hooked from the first page and I couldn’t put the book down!
This story and how it was written was so immersive, you can’t help but truly feel what these characters are feeling and experiencing. I love suspense, so the mystery of this plot and the information reveals really had me trying to solve everything the entire time I was reading! I felt that Hallie & Lawson’s story, both together and apart, had great ebb and flow to keep you on the edge of your seat. I really loved the feeling of community in this book and how everyone is so open and willing to help out. Not to mention that Lawson’s family are true ride or die’s

This was such a great book to end the series. I love a good murder mystery so starting off with Hallie being a survivor of a serial killer instantly had me reading for more. Getting to read about Lawson in all the books made me realize how much I wanted this character to have his happy ending with his 3 boys. I loved that Hallie became that person for not only Lawson but his boys as well. I just really enjoyed getting to read how she made a connection with each kid but also creating a safe and happy place for Lawson. Amazing story
