I read this because my friend made me, and I actually enjoyed it. It wasn't what I expected, but it was still pretty good.

This is a classic of small-farmtown American representation. It might be boring to some, but that only proves its accuracy.

That said, I hereby admit freely and without question of conscience that the star rating on this review is undeniably biased. I admit this so that I can tell you that I used to play George. I am also admitting this to draw attention to the fact that no other written review of mine is therefore biased.

Every now and then I read a book that blows me away so completely that I am left reeling and thinking, "I was not ready for that." I was not ready for Our Town.
