I liked this one, especially how different the guys were and seeing Daisy, Cole, Riv, and Eli grow past their hurts together and build their own family. The bonus epilogue in the Discreet paperback edition was sweet.
But... I didn't like how Daisy's trauma was handled and would have liked to see that explored more on page. A description of her relationship with her ex Sam is literally one paragraph explaining he was controlling and manipulative and then the rest of the book focuses on a video that Sam posted without her consent that "ruined her life". I hated that Cole kept calling her stupid and I thought Daisy welcomed him too easily into her life after what she'd been through with her ex. I also didn't like that literally everyone believed her ex over her, including her parents. I just felt like after dealing with what she had, her relationships with the guys were too easy. If it were me, I definitely would be a lot slower to trust than she was. There were also a couple plot holes... like what the heck happened with Sam in between him showing up in Sweden and Daisy taking him to court??
I read the book in one sitting though, I was definitely invested, but as much as I was invested, I hate when trauma is used as a plot device but no insight is given into what that truly means. Her struggles would have been about so much more than just the video, and that in the end is what knocked my rating down a bit.

Smutty and Fun and a gentle reminder that sometimes 3 caring boyfriends are far better than one asshole of an ex-boyfriend.

now that ive read all of Lily Gold’s books... it’s safe to say she legit just writes the same story in a slightly different font. with the three same men in a slightly different font.
each one has the obligatory:
she needs to mix up the formula.
