I found this posted in a fb reader group and am so glad I snagged this.
Now I have no triggers but this does have a few to watch out for.
The FMC has been through trauma, abuse ex, a s@x tape being released she wasn’t aware of and verbal abuse from the community during the fallout.
In all, I actually devoured this book in a few hours. It was so flipping good, I’m so tired of reading all out smut with no plot and while this was smut driver it was actually really good. I always find myself loving the least favourable character so for me, Cole is my honey boo.
All in all I’d read it again, in fact I’m about to start another of her books “triple duty bodyguard”

this was so fun and easy to read! it effortlessly pulled me out of my reading slump, which was much needed, and i devoured it in just two days. while i didn't rate it a full 5 stars, it came pretty close. I felt a slight disconnect in the latter part of the book, particularly with daisy's parents, as some details seemed to be missing. also, i recommend checking for trigger warnings before diving in.
despite that, this was my first experience with lily gold's writing, and i'm impressed! she did such a great job with this one, i loved that the story was more than just spicy scenes. additionally, I loved how the fmc grows stronger throughout the book. she begins to care less about the judgment of others and embraces her own strength and independence. I'm so excited to read her other rh books. If you're a fan of rh romances, consider this your sign to pick up this book!
