Truly one of the most underrated Superman stories ever told. It’s not just a perfect introduction to the Legion, it’s one of the most wonderful portrayals of Superman with a powerful message that has only grown more relevant to this day.

I think parts of this were aimed for more kids, but it tackles important subjects in a very clever way.

Thought the end was the best. The art was a little odd to me so only 3 instead of 4 stars. (those creepy eyes)

I'm not that big a fan of the Legion of Super Heroes.
I tend not to love Superman.
This is a great, fun story. Goeff Johns is at the peak of his powers here telling a story on par with anything he did with Flash. The hard thing about Legion stories is that there are so darn many of them but this story does a great job of splitting up the teams while keeping individual characters relevant.

Another version of the Legion of Super-Heroes, this time with more of the feel of the originals from the late 50's through the 90's. One problem with the Legion is that their stories are set in the future and they were originally inspired by Superboy, changes in the Superman comics have lead to changes in their story too and required several reboots. I found this a well done re-introduction to the large membership of the Legion and their relationship to Superman/Superboy. Johhns obviously enjoys the future of the Legion of Superhero's and knows their past stories well, the art was well done and added to the overall enjoyment of the book.
