Surprisingly delightful. Each chapter is hilarious and the book has a surprising amount of heart for such an absurd premise. I'm excited to see where this goes!
Better than I expected! Reminded me of Nekogahara a bit. Will be interested to read the next volume.

Giving this a 3.5/5 but rounded up to 4 because wow I was expecting this to be silly and over the top (which it definitely is) but I really wasn't expecting it to actually be GOOD in the process.
From start to finish I was hooked by this damn Rooster's life story and adventures, no matter how insane (I mean by what, like page 3 or 4 we see him already having relations with some hen).
Anyway ... about to start volume 2 so I can keep tabs on this buff, sexually active, grudge filled rooster that I for some reason care immensely about!

I was hesitant to read rooster fighter as I don’t tend to lean towards fighting manga but decided to give it ago because the premise sounded funny and obscure and indeed it was. It’s super light hearted and an easy read, I also didn’t expect it to be as good as it was

This was something. I'm not 100% sure that I really enjoyed it but it was definitely entertaining. We follow a regular sized rooster around as he fights huge demons. That's pretty much it. I honestly don't know if I'll read more of this series. It was just kind of boring.
