Good story

Lots of hot sex and a thrilling story combine to give the reader a book that keeps you turning the page.

Kayla is sent in to pretend she's Wolf's PT but she's really there to protect him.  Then Nate shows to protect Wolf but he doesn't want the protection but there's a hit out on Wolf so they are both there to protect him until after he testifies against the bad guy.  Nate and Wolf had a relationship in the past and the tension between the two is off the charts.  Kayla has been with working with Wolf as his PT for a while and the sexual tension has been off the charts.  When Nate shows up, the three of them have are hot for each other.  Eventually, Wolf has to leave to testify and Kayla and Nate go to protect.  Eventually Wolf works out his crap so he can be with Nate and Kayla!!

I felt like I walked into the middle of a story. Nate and Wolf had a past together that I barely got any information about in the book.

Kayla ends up in a relationship with the two men who already had a relationship, and she didn't even know she was submissive. At least she didn't seem to be aware.

Wolf was so wounded, and someone was trying g to kill him. I kept wondering what happened to the beginning of the book? The narration was good, but the story left a lot to be desired.

Thankfully, I was able to listen to this via Hoopla.

No character development. No actual plot. Confusing.

I really liked the story and the steamy sex between the three characters. Only thing I would have liked is a bit more feelings and romance. I really disliked that wolf and Nate kept saying their second names all way through book. Making it like they were talking to strangers. Good action and HEA in end.

Book one in Hawkeye series by Sierra Cartwright
I really enjoyed the very hot BDSM moments but I disliked that they called each other by there second names like they didn’t know each other well.
I did feel the start could be worded better it got a bit confusing who was who and what was going on.
The book develops well once you figure of who’s who and why the protecting a very ungrateful Wolf.
I love that Kayla holds her own in a fight even though she comes across as the softer one in group.
Heavy on Dom Sub BDSM culture so if not your cup of tea I wouldn’t read it.

2.5 stars. I picked this up because of her shorts in the Doms of Dark Haven books with Cherise Sinclair. I didn't like this as much. First of all, there was an ongoing relationship between the two men that made me feel like I missed the book before this (though this was the first in a series). Secondly, while I enjoy books with a m/m/f theme, this story has taught me that I don't enjoy the parts that are m/m. With all three of them together, it was hot, but I never got to feel like I got to know the characters to root for them. I felt like I walked into the middle of their story. Had I seen the interaction of even Kayla and Stone in the house before Nate got there, I may have connected to the characters better, but I just didn't.

A good combination of BDSM for beginners and some more hardcore scenes including CBT. All in all a pretty hot read that makes me want to read more in the series. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that this felt like we came in sometime after the start of the story, and a little more history and background for the characters would have been appreciated.

Hot short story about a grumpy dom and his 2 "sunshine" subs who all work together as bodyguards. It's mostly spicy scenes, only like 10-20% real plot/drama with no deeper insight into the characters minds which makes them a bit flat and harder to love.
But well, I just love Aiden Snow narrations!
