The All Of Us Villains doulogy had the epic ending it deserved.

I loved everything about this book, the characters, the magic system, the story, the relationship between the main characters and everything else.

One thing I particularly liked about this book series is how every character has their good and bad sides, and that adds a certain dept to the story that I found very interesting. In the first book I felt a connection to certain characters, but in this one I think it was possible to understand better where every character stood, what they believed and fought for, and that was crucial to make the end hit as hard as it did.

When I started All Of Us Villains I was just looking for something similar to The Altas Six, but I ended up finding new favourite books. This is a great doulogy, and I couldn't recommend it more.

This was so close to wrapping it all together in a way that felt compelling and made since, but instead it was frustrating and felt a bit forced and just a little thrown together. Book was a tad too long too for the story it told.

Betrayal. Heartbreak. Death.

This duology is giving dark YA fantasy vibes and I was here for it.

Picking up right where All of Us Villains left off, in the middle of the tournament with questionable alliances and a blood veil that is breaking apart. Those who remain must decide to work together and break the curse or battle to the death.

A conclusion, All of Our Demise, almost gave me everything I wanted from the duology as a whole. Do I think they could have been one book, eh, yeah probably. There were some slow parts in both books that could have been cut to make a more intense and suspenseful read. However, I feel like it was written the way it was because it was very character driven. I was fist pumping the growth these characters went through!

The absolute heartbreak is so many ways, I had to pause a few times to let what happen sink in. A battle to end this curse together, so many relationships are tested. I found it easy to connect to them and feel for their situation and couldn't wait to see how it would unfold.

The narrators did such an amazing job with this one! Thank you so much Tor Nightfire and Macmillan Audio for the advanced gifted copies!

They wrote it brilliantly, bringing raw character flaws and strengths to light and allowing me to truly know and care for multiple fictional beings.

I enjoyed this finale from the start, and although it is written in a way where you can skip the first book, I strongly recommend you read both, because the story is truly something special.

It's a strong mix of Harry Potter and Hunger Games, with death curses and healing spells, magical relics and warded landmarks. One member of each of the Slaughter Seven families, families of power and prestige, enter a death match to claim full power of all the high magick for the following twenty years. At this point this will repeat itself, sending a new member of each family to fight once again to the death.

When the possibility of ending the curse for good is presented to the remaining champions, some strive to work together to end it, while others resist with the belief that it cannot be done. Magic, betrayal, murder, desire, and more await you in this incredible story.

It'll have you hooked from the start. A truly amazing duology.
