This book started very very weird and honestly i don't feel like much happened in it but it got kinda interesting in the end so i'll definitely be reading the next one!

New adult fantasy

Warning book might have triggers with crude language, captivity and non consensual sex.
"Men making deals on the behalf of women never seems to go very well for the women"
Midas story with a dark twist.
A vivid tale of captivity and finding ones strength. The story ensnares you and keeps you captivated until the very end. Epic fantasy and not for every one but absolutely enthralling. Twisty plots filled with curveballs. Very addictive with heartbreakingly vulnerable characters. Curious about Auren brutal life and if there is a happy ending.
A lot of mixed feelings what takes place, but great characters and world building ensnares you. I am going to attempt book 2.
