Excellent series! This is the third series I have read out of the forgotten universe and all of them have been truly epic.
This book follows on from three previous three with Hayden Duke being tortured only to overcome it all and start kicking ass, again.
With more twists and turns than most books and the action to add, this book is brilliant! Hayden and Nathan finally get to Tinker and James and revelations are made. I don't want to spoil the book but you have to read it! Excellent conclusion to an excellent series!

Good ending to the series. Couple things drove me nuts as an audiobook listener. The expression "pozz." I hated hearing it. Made no sense and sounded stupid. The other thing was the names of the two main characters, Nathan and Hayden practically rhyme, and sound so similar that I frequently had trouble remembering which character was which and doing what. It was terrible. An author should not use names that sound so much the same as main characters.

WHAT A FINISH...
The heroes are well and truly behind the eight ball. Sheriff Duke is barely recognisable as human. The only person who can help him is Nathan Stacker, conflicted and paralysed by his inner turmoil.
Everything has gone to hell and when you think it can't get any worse, it does.
Much, much worse.
You won't be able to put this down. I read it in one sitting.
