The ending was just so disappointing and i can’t get over it. No amount of justification will convince me that Poppy was a good person. 

Also, Tyler is so whiny for 70% of the book like for the love of God (literally) please just shut up 😭

I told myself I wasn’t gonna read it as a former Christian. And then it went on sale in the Kindle store and I couldn’t say no. I can safely say I do not regret it at all. It is pure taboo but man is it hot. I definitely related to both Tyler and Poppy, as I have been both of them. As the daughter & granddaughter of ministers I felt weird reading Priest, but also freed.

Two words: holy fuck.

To say something more: surprising mix of some seriously hot smut with deeply religious reflections. Don't read if you can't stand biblical quotes. Do read if you are still thinking about THAT confession scene from Fleabag.
