I would say that this book isn’t just self help but also holds memoir elements.

Honestly, I was hoping for more. The general premise hooked me in, but I found the book to be more about the building of the Resilience Project business, rather than what the Resilience Project aims to teach - gratitude, empathy and mindfulness. There were a few stories which examplified the key teachings, but I was definitely expecting more.

A very casually written book, easy to read with engaging quick stories.
It became a bit repetitive “”, but the stories move quick and there really are some important points that hit home - we need to remember how lucky we are and consciously be grateful for it.
I really do think this is something everyone should read. I haven’t listened to their podcast “the imperfects” but I’d been keen to check out some of them too.

Simple and insightful read full of anecdotal experiences. Lots of little takeaways. First listen on audible and was benefited by the author reading himself.
Love love love love! As an avid listener to the imperfect podcast I cannot believe It’s taken me so long to read this book. Unsurprisingly, it was an absolute delight to read/listen to and I would highly recommend the book
