Beautiful images, but these recipes had much more dairy and meat than I anticipated. Unfortunately, I’m not the target audience for this book (as a vegan).

I learned so much about cultural dishes and cooking in this book. I even grabbed a few recipes that I want to try. Nadiya is a joy, and I love that she shares her cooking and herself more in this cookbook.

Several of the recipes look really good and I loved her stories of celebrating Ramadan and some of the info about other countries. A few recipes seem to have missing instructions or they're confusingly written, so minus one star for that.
