Read the content warnings and take them seriously! This is a wonderful book but would be very triggering due to the content. 

I love the characters, how their stories weave through their pasts and presents (and hopefully futures). I miss them already. You can tell how much Williams loves them too. They have been through too much and she is finally going to give them a happy ending.

I loved these characters and their story. Getting to know Eva, Shane, and Audre and their journeys was the best part of the book. The author piled in too many cultural references and slang, which distracted from the story and were kind of cringey. But her characters and their stories felt authentic and real.
