loved the characters, especially as an audiobook. at times felt like im being told their feelings, experiences, mindsets, instead of describing those things which took me out of the scene alot

This book was everything…I wanted a book to get me back into reading and Tia Williams didn’t disappoint as usual. I didn’t want to put this book down. Such a beautiful love story and female growth story. This book came into my life at the right time. And it will definitely live on my bookshelf to be read again and again. Beautiful book with beautiful characters.

Uhhh I loved this book! I love how it’s written, the detailed descriptions of passion for both the characters have me in chokehold! This is the first book I’ve ever read in 2 days! My fastest read ever! Thanks for that Ms. Williams!
