This was a very spicy, quick read - which was exactly what I was looking for!
However, I just didn’t connect with the main characters or the story, which unfortunately… are pretty big parts of a book lol.
Taylor and Myles just didn’t really stand out to me, I skim read so much of the book because it consisted of so much inner dialogue and pining. This book was both insta love and also drawn out at the same time?

Didn’t love this book, everything felt over exaggerated or extreme, and the murder mystery felt like a sub-plot to the romance (I love a bit of romance but this was a lot).

I LOVED this! A little different from Tessa’s usual stuff, a enemies to lovers story but with a murder mystery twist! This was gripping throughout from sexual tension to thriller worrying for Taylor and her bounty hunter!

Felt like reading a cheesy x-rated hallmark-Christmas movie. Girl-next-door meets brash giant muscular hunk and succeeds in changing and winning him over with her cute sexiness. It did feel like it was fan fiction written by a 12-year old. The murder was wayyyyyy backseat
