The pacing was just slightly off for me but this was a super interesting read and I’ll gladly recommend it.
I wasn’t aware of a lot of the history of stem cell research so this was a great recap, in an entertaining way.
I appreciated that this was a focus on the social history of the research. Rather than 400 pages straight of solely an exploration of WHAT embryonic stem cells are, it focuses on the ebbs and flows of the successes and failures in the field.
Great book :)
