While this book was a quick, light and mostly fun read, I had to take a few deep breaths throughout it in order to not throw my Kindle across the room. I'm usually pretty good about setting aside reality when reading but the author seemed to have a personal vendetta against fat people. Maybe it's just the main character and not the author, but regardless, I could have done without all the references to people's weight or "girth" or in one case, a woman was ginormous but oh, it turns out she's pregnant. It left me feeling as if the women in the book were quite shallow and I kind of wanted to smack them.

I received a copy of Love Rehab in exchange for a review.

I thought Love Rehab was cute, funny, and HONEST! How many girls question themselves after a break up? Or try to get back with the heart breaker? OR, as seen in this lovely book, regress to crazy levels of stalking, obsessive calling, and then sabotage? I know my fair share of ladies, and I'll admit, I've acted my own crazy a time or two. I think there should be a book for every age group, with 12 steps in love, for guys and girls! How genius! Sophie turned herself around, and I was happy that not only did she andAnnie get help, but so did Joe. Lovely cast of characters, funny story, and just what I needed! Jo Piazza is a new favorite

What a great story. Nothing too dramatic or life-changing happened to me while or after reading this book but it was a quick, happy read none the less. a perfect blend of friendship and love story with a fun splattering of humor. Who can't relate to a little Facebook/Twitter stalking?
A few of my favorite quotes from the book:

"That's what I was. I was addicted to love. (#RobertPalmerWinning)."

"(fuck you, Jerry Maguire, for trying to have us at hello)"

Finally I'm in love with the fact that there is a website to enjoy after you've finished reading. :)

Sophie finds herself back in her childhood town in New Jersey. Her long time boyfriend just cheated on her and broke up with her and she doesn’t know how to get over it. That is until her best friend Annie drags her to her court mandated AA meeting. This is where Sophie realizes that she is addicted to love and talking about it made her feel a lot better. Next thing she knows she is housing a group of women who all suffer from love addiction and they host meetings of the LAA at her house every Sunday.

This book was good for a nice laugh. It was light and refreshing and even though it was about love and breakups it was done with a lightness to it, which I enjoyed. There were a lot of funny moments and I loved all the women who showed up at LAA. If you are looking for a romantic comedy in book form this is it. I rated this three stars, not because I didn't enjoy it but only because I didn't feel as emotionally connected to this book. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it because I did.

I received an ARC from the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a cute book with plenty of humor. I was looking for some brain candy and this certainly fit the bill. Although the main character could be grating at times, it was kind of the point and why she needed to form her own Love Rehab group. Behind the fictional story, I think a lot of readers can find some helpful information on love and dating and how destructive women can act when in the throes of an unhealthy relationship.

Thanks to the publisher for a copy of this book for review!

Cute book! Some great one liners. I liked the parallel between alcoholism and love. The use of a 12-step program to fall out of love and find yourself again is kind of genius. The writing was a little cotton-candy, but I needed a light read.

I received this book as an ARC through NetGalley

I really enjoyed this book. It was funny, light, and most importantly, true.

In everyone's life there's that relationship that no matter how hard you try, how much wine you drink or how great your friends are, you just can't seem to shake it. How great would it be to have a weekly meeting of women just like you? Women who wholly understand your reasoning behind following your ex and his new tramp on Twitter.

This book showed the lowest point of the main character's breakup and followed her through her healing process. She started LAA or Love Addicts Anonymous. With the help of her fellow group members she came through on the other side. The book wasn't all about her though. Each member of the group overcame the hurdles and obstacles that were left from their previous relationships.

I would definitely recommend this book. It's a fun read!
