Okay, real talk: WHEN THE HECK ARE WE GOING TO GET A SPIDER-WOMAN MOVIE. We've had practically the same Spider-Man story told a dozen times. When do my Spider-Babes get their turn? I would cry if a Jess, Cindy and Gwen were in a movie together.

Anyway, sorry for the slightly off tangent rant. On to the actual comic.

I loved seeing Jess, Cindy and Gwen together so much. The story was enjoyable, but also a little confusing because I don't know anything about Earth 65 (which is my fault not the writing's). I probably would have given this 4 stars if it wasn't for the art. I hate talking negatively about art because I can't draw a stick person, but I could not connect with this at all. It seemed so out of place and weird in some panels. It distracted me from the writing. I haven't had time to pick up Spider-Gwen yet (I plan to soon!) so I don't known when I'll be able to properly finish this event, but I am interested to see where it goes. The ending was a good twist. Hopefully, I can still follow along just reading Spider-Woman and Silk.

A fun beginning. The characters are interesting. It seems to be building into a good crossover. The art though....

I want to be biased because my 3 queens are together but what is this inconsistent art?????? It took me out

The story is good tho, so... there's that

The only reason this dosen't get the full 5 star rating is that the drawing was distractingly not good. Not straight bad; but not good.

As someone who hasn't read a ton of Silk comics this was an interesting introduction to her character. Also new mom Jessica Drew is amazing, and remains one of my favorites.
The art while changes depending on whose "book" it was from was beautiful and each style seems to fit the lead character of each conversation.

The cover! The art! But do I really have to power through Gwen's comic for the rest of this story? Can't I just be surrounded by these lovely ladies in this title forever?

I'm so happy this comic exists tho, that we're to a point of having superheroines being with other superheroines doing superheroine/gal-pal things. Big yes!

Buena idea pero el arte no me agrada y eso me quita las ganas de continuarla en un futuro.

This mash-up is a pretty great idea - Spiderwoman being separated from her baby by interdimensional shenanigans - marred by, well, the fact that it's a mash-up. We have multiple writers and multiple artists working on different series within the volume, and it sort of comes out as a mess.

Honestly, the writing isn't too bad. The Spiderwoman issues are blatantly better, but the overall plot and characterization is reasonably consistent between the three series. The plot isn't great, lots of weird decisions that kind of come out of nowhere, but at least everyone could sort of agree on those weird decisions.

What really bugs me is the art. There is a downright confusing difference in the skill and style of the artists for each series. The Spider-Women: Alpha strip looks god awful, really got me worried, but as soon as the next issue came along everything was so much better. But even when the art was being done by a decent artist the character designs would change drastically between different series, with a few confusing identity moments because the characters are barely recognizable unless they're in costume.

So, yeah, not a great volume. If it was a single series by a consistent group it would have been much better, but even the individual issues are decent at best. Probably wouldn't bother recommending this unless you're reading the Gwen/Silk comics that come afterwards.
