okay okay. i literally loved this book so much. i agree with the top review like i literally WISHED THIS WAS ME. aaron blackford = a whole new standard bro. i was a little like A LITTLE bit questioning when he got possessive but hey if you like that you like that i’m not judging.
this book. has EVERYTHING. like spice? you already know the cover has cartoon characters. it got FRISKY.
slow burn? yes it was driving me CRAZY.
enemies to lovers??? um yeah.
the man falls first? idk i cant tell you
diversity? yup the main character is a latina from spain
tears? i mean it has its parts my eyes were watering sometimes
likeable side characters? yes love rosie she’s such a queen
also the book covers topics that need to be talked about like sexism in the workplace etc
idk what more i need to tell you man
OH. it has an epilogue. mhm yeah. yeah.
happy reading <3

Just meh. Aaron feels too perfect to be real and their love story is just okay. She wasn't specially likeable either. I appreciated that the author included the sexism in the workplace, though.
Also, I found her family's description too stereotypical (I'm Spanish too).

Absolutely adorable romance. Just the right amount of characters, and an interesting plot. Lots of sexy scenes. I really wish the Male Lead had been granted more time to explore his backstory. I thought that was far more compelling than the Female Lead's story, even if those scenes were rushed. The two main character have wonderful chemistry. It was extremely enjoyable to see them interact.

It was fine.
it was cringy at times, which could've been avoided idk... the characters are cool ig, the pacing was the best thing about the book. Sometimes the characters kept saying the same things over and over so it got kinda annoying and repetitive.
It was a fun read nevertheless.

Aaron Blackford is now my new book boyfriend. Okay seriously, the first half was great. I loved seeing all the yearning and pining. But the second half just couldn't hold my attention. Also, the second half has a lot of cheesy lines which made me skim a bit. Still it was a fun read
