2022 Horror Reading Challenge: Holiday Themed
A town every Halloween has to try and take down a pumpkin headed creature named October Boy. That’s the premise, and I have to say, there is a mid story twist that I was not expecting. It took the book in a completely different direction. So that aspect was really cool. I also enjoyed the characters and history of this town. It left a few unanswered questions and that’s why it’s not 5 stars. But overall still a fantastic Halloween story to read this fall.
