The absolute perfect ending for Magnolia and BJ!

The writing of their grief is heartbreaking, bring tissues.

BJ’s growth and character development was one of my favourite aspects. I adored the way he supported Magnolia throughout and constantly fightingfor her and for them.

Despite walking through her grief and mental health, Magnolia was the humour and light in this story. From book one to now her growth is amazing, I found her insufferable at first but now I feel for her and relate to her in some ways.

I have accepted that Jessa will just tear out my heart and I will say “thank you”.

"loving you is the thing i grab first when the house is on fire, and the house has been on fire before.... and it might catch on fire again. I really hope not, but if it does - how much I love you will forever and ever be the first thing I reach for"

wow wow wow. i have been so excited for this book and had such high hopes and it blew them out of the park. this was so different to the other books about magnolia & bj but yet felt like coming home at the same time. felt magnolias story in this so deeply though it was difficult to read at times it feels so necessary and right that i have read it. how grief is shown and written in this book is so amazing to me. i've loved all of the books in this series so so much but something about this one has just resonated so deeply with me especially the second half which i've just read all in one sitting. i will miss magnolia and bj so much and speaking of the little bits of info i've got about julian, daisy and christian have me duing for the next daisy haites book so bad give it to me now

I love the magnolia parks universe with all my heart, and even this book was my favourite of them all probably so far. I loved to see how BJ managed to not fuck up and how he really went full Nick Nelson this time… and the way he is dedicated to his girl is just amazing. Also, loved to read about the psychological journey Magnolia started because finally.
Now tho… tf is wrong with Harley, Christian, Daisy, Jonah and Jules? Like Jules was doing so well when he reached out for Magnolia and stuff but then…? And hopefully nothing bad is gonna happen.
Now, useless to say I loved the wedding and the fact that BJ prepared the necklace and the speech? And then you know I am not a fan of pregnancy trope but this is everything and I want to read a full book of them beating the perfect family.

✨4 stars ✨

‘How many loves do you get in a lifetime?’

This was so deep and emotional. This whole series is a whirlwind of emotions.

This book was majority about the topics of grief, family issues and trust issues. It is very heavy but it was amazing.
After reading about Magnolia in the first books you can see that the way she handles grief is very on character. Majority of the avoidance of acknowledging the death. She also goes through major things with adhd diagnosis, eating disorder, and trust and family issues.

I know that this series isn’t going to be everyone’s favourite due to the cheating but I have really enjoyed it. This has definitely been my favourite of Magnolias and BJs story though.

I feel like after all they had been through together that they did need there happy ending and to just have some peace. I wasn’t a huge fan of BJ previously but I really enjoyed his character in this and their growth in the relationship. They really had some sweet moments in this.

So all up, I do recommend reading this series but check TWs as they go into very deep topics. Your mental health is important!

Can’t wait to read some more of Daisy soon!

Happy reading 🤍

I do not think 5 stars completely encapsulates everything that this book is. I mean - it was raw, it was beautiful, it was everything that I could have wanted and more. Jessa could’ve written a few more hundred pages and I would’ve loved every single one.

Magnolia and BJ have been through it and continue to go through it in this book - but the strength and the love they have for each other far outshines any obstacle they encounter. Especially here. I could not have dreamt a more beautiful ending to this story. Reading these characters growth and journey together has now been ingrained in me.

Their story is flawed. Their story is raw. Their story is amazingly perfect in every way - and will forever live in my heart. Jessa I am completely undone by this book!
